Fourteen 3-bedroom apartments will be available beginning this September at 257 East Main Street next to Bing's Bakery. There will be three different layouts:
3 bed/2 bath middle unit without balcony - $2000 a month plus utilities
3 bed/2 bath middle unit with balcony - $2100 a month plus utilities
3 bed/2bath end unit - back of building - $2200 a month plus utilities
3 bed/2 bath end unit - front of building facing Main Street - $2300 a month plus utilities
