After the steel beams were raised to complete the tower last week, wall framing and second level flooring has begun at The Millyard. Construction continues to move along at a steady pace and is still on track for completion in August.

Two 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments are all that remain for the 2008-2009 school year. One unit is located at Main Street Courtyard and the other unit is at The Mill at White Clay Creek. The foundation has been completed and steel beams are now going up at the Millyard. Located at 100 Elkton Road, this new building is slated to be completed this August.
